Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Rates and delivery times
- United States: free tracked shipping, 7 to 12 business days.
- Canada: $9.95 tracked shipping, 10 to 15 business days.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times start once your order ships and don't include weekends or holidays.
Where your order ships from
Truce orders ship from our overseas fulfillment partner. That's why delivery takes a little longer than next-day, and we'd rather tell you up front. If you need it for a specific date, order early.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after the first scan.
Canadian orders
Depending on your order, the carrier may collect import taxes or duties on delivery. These are set by the Canadian government and aren't included in our prices.

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or your order arrived damaged, email contact@hellotruce.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
