Give the Truce Wrap a real try. If it isn't right for you, email contact@hellotruce.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund the price of your product.
Because the wrap is worn close to the body, we can't resell returned items. In most cases we won't ask you to ship it back. We may ask for a photo of the item.
Arrived faulty or damaged?
If the heat, massage or controller doesn't work, or your order arrived damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short photo or video. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How refunds work
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Shipping fees on Canadian orders are refunded when the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Need to change or cancel your order? Email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll update or cancel it for you.
